I’ve spent my career proving that creativity isn’t just about big ideas—it’s about the people behind them. As Executive Creative Director at Momentum Worldwide, I’ve led the creative department across Toronto and Chicago, driving business growth, building award-winning teams, and shaping the agency’s creative vision. Under my leadership, we’ve transformed how brands connect with culture—through experiences that aren’t just seen but felt.
Over the last decade, I’ve created work that’s earned serious recognition at international shows, including The Clios, The One Show, ADC, and Cannes Lions. But what I’m most proud of is building a culture where creativity thrives—because people feel supported, challenged, and inspired to do the best work of their careers.
My journey started with a Gold at Cannes Young Lions, setting a high bar for the kind of work I wanted to create. At FUSE Create, I helped transform the agency into Canada’s third-ranked small agency, proving that culture isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s the key to winning. At OneMethod, I drove significant business growth by balancing creative ambition with real strategic impact. And at J. Walter Thompson, I was named Canada’s High Impact Performer, recognized for pushing bold ideas while delivering results.
I’ve worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands, helping them break through in unexpected ways—blending culture, commerce, and creativity with the intention to move people and make brands matter.
Beyond the work, I’ve judged top industry awards, taught at OCAD U, and mentored emerging talent because creativity should be a rising tide—lifting others up along the way. And as a mother of two daughters, I know leadership isn’t just about what you do, but the environment you create—for your team, the industry, and the next generation of creatives.
